About
Not a bootcamp. A fellowship.
The gap in tech hiring isn't between "knows nothing" and "employable." The new gap is between "has the education" and "can get hired." We're solving that.
The problem we're solving
Traditional coding bootcamps were built for one problem: getting someone from "knows nothing about code" to "can build a CRUD app." They mostly solved that problem. Then the market corrected: dozens of bootcamps closed, job placement numbers turned out to be misleading, and the credential lost weight.
But the underlying problem hasn't gone away. It's gotten worse. CS undergraduate programs are producing more graduates than ever, roughly 113,000 per year. Computer engineering grads are unemployed at a higher rate than art history majors. An estimated 30–40% of domestic CS grads don't land software engineering roles within the typical hiring window after graduation.
Most of these people can write code. That's not the problem. The problem is everything around it: a GitHub that looks like a graveyard of tutorial projects, a resume that tells no coherent story, and a job search strategy that amounts to mass-applying and hoping.
What we do differently
Every other program teaches you to code. We assume you already can.
Instead of more courses and more credentials, we give you what actually closes the gap: real work experience with real organizations, structured career coaching, and technical mentorship from working engineers.
The model mirrors how other fellowships and intensive programs work: high bar for entry, a small number of students at a time, hands-on experience, and a clear outcome on the other side.
The admissions bar
We don't accept everyone who applies. You earn your way in by completing a project brief: building an eCommerce app within 4 weeks. We evaluate the code, the commit history, the README, and the deployment decisions. Not just whether it runs.
This filter serves two purposes: it keeps the program high-quality and high-touch, and it gives every applicant a real portfolio project regardless of whether they're accepted.

Applications take about 15 minutes. We review every one personally.
